This year’s annual vote count and awards ceremony was a fantastic celebration of a remarkable season at the Casterton Sandford Football Netball Club. While we congratulate all players on their dedication and achievements, we also take this opportunity to honor a few individuals who have made a lasting impact on our club.
Special recognition goes to:
Tracie Layley, awarded the Lynne Coxon Memorial Award for her outstanding contribution to the club.
Michael Bettinsky, who was inducted as a CSFNC Life Member for his years of dedication.
Nathan Fidler, recipient of the Micky Black Memorial Award (Senior Club Person), a tribute to his tireless efforts in memory of Micky Black, a beloved club figure.
Archie Lane, honored with the Good Sports Award, recognizing his sportsmanship and commitment to club values.
Matt Mutch, who received the Glenn Wombwell Memorial Award (Junior Club Person) for his exceptional contributions, continuing the legacy of Glenn Wombwell.
Ylana Grigg, awarded the Young Achiever Award for her talent, hard work, and bright future within the club.
The memorial awards hold deep significance, as they not only recognize the recipients’ ongoing efforts but also honor the legacy of the individuals these awards are named after. Tracie, Michael, Nathan, Archie, Matt, and Ylana represent the heart and soul of our club, embodying the values and spirit that drive us forward.
Congratulations to all on a wonderful season!
